Job details
- Recovering of data using data Recovery tool software.
- Installation and configuration of various software, McAfee Antivirus
- Installation of different Mac OS on Mac Systems (Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey)
- Support involves trouble shooting of applications at systems level.
- Create bit locker drive encryption for data security on laptops.
- Installation and basic configuration of server 2008, server 2012 and its roles installation
- Service Desk support.
- Troubleshooting & installation of HP and DELL computers (DC71100, D530, D510, D330, Vectra).
- Installation and troubleshooting of various software’s like .NET, VB, Oracle, VSS, Developer 6i & 2000. etc.
- Installation and testing of VPN Clients.
- Mail clients configurations and maintenance
- Working on ITIL process and deploying the same.
- Troubleshoot the day to day network problem faced by the various projects team.
- Remote support using SCCM tool and MS teams.
- Patches deploying, OS upgradation, report generating & service pack installation using SCCM server.
- Installation and troubleshooting issues of O365.
- Create, Modify, or Delete a user's account in Active Directory.
